We would love to represent you

We are always looking for suitable talents to work with.

To apply to be a part of LUNA, you will need to send some information and photos. Please ensure that all fields on the form are filled out correctly, submitted forms without complete details and measurements won’t be accepted.

Regarding the photos needed, we will need at least 8 photos. Please do NOT include blurry photos, black and white photos, or photos wearing sunglasses. You can send them in a WeTransfer link, however, we do recommend using Google Drive or OneDrive so you can update your portfolio there and we will always have your most recent photos.
For kids, we do not need bust, waist or hip measurements. Please fill in the form as if you were the child. We only accept applications made by their parents or legal guardians. If you are a sibling or friend of the talent, please ask for parental consent and supervision before applying.

Terms & Conditions

1. At LUNA, we work entirely on a freelance basis. There is NO exclusivity contract (We do not tie anyone down to our agency). Models/Talents are free and able to take up jobs directly from any other sources.

2. For each project that LUNA directly offers, introduces and books a model/talent for, we take 30% commission of the gross payment. We will always send a job offer with the gross payment.

3. After the completion of a job, payment is made through LUNA’s business bank account via bank transfer in 30-90 days depending on the project/client. (Cash payments possible in special individual cases)

4. We will propose and push a model/talent for all suitable castings and jobs. The model/talent agrees to NOT and never share their own direct contact details with our clients at the castings they attend and at the jobs we book them for. If we are introducing and offering a job or casting, we will always ask talents to share LUNA contact details only. (This applies to only our clients and projects)

5. Once a model/talent agrees to be casted for a project, they agree to block the potential shoot dates until notified or updated on the results/if selected or not. Moreover, model/talent agrees to not make any major look changes (hair color, hair cut, sunburn etc) until final update.

6. We can’t represent talents that can’t go for castings. It’s ok to be unavailable for projects on specific dates or not interested, but if a model/talent is unwilling to participate in any castings/self castings then it will be very hard to get booked and unfortunately we can’t represent them.
